TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 and sub-sections 49 (1), 51 (1) and 64 (1) shall come
into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part III shall be deemed to have come into operation on 25 October 1984.

(3) Sections 31 and 35 shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.

(4) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day
as is, or on such respective days as are, fixed by Proclamation.
