TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 20

20. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (2)
(a) "any provision of a contract, arrangement or understanding to the extent
that the provision" and substituting "the making of a contract or arrangement
or the entering into of an understanding, or to any provision of a contract,
arrangement or understanding, to the extent that the contract, arrangement or
understanding, or the provision,".
