TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 24

False representations and other misleading or offensive conduct in relation to land 
24. Section 53A of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "statement" and substituting

"representation"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

"(2) A corporation shall not use physical force or undue harassment or
coercion in connection with the sale or grant, or the possible sale or grant,
of an interest in land or the payment for an interest in land.".
