TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 29

29. Section 60 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted:
Harassment and coercion   "60. A corporation shall not use physical force or
undue harassment or coercion in connection with the supply or possible supply
of goods or services to a consumer or the payment for goods or services by a
consumer.".
