TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 42

42. Section 74D of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) "any person who derives title to the
goods through or under" and substituting "a person who acquires the goods
from, or derives title to the goods through or under,"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "person who so derives title to the
        goods" (wherever occurring) and substituting "or that other person".
