TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 5

5. Section 4B of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of sub-paragraph (1) (a) (ii) "or the goods
        consisted of a commercial road vehicle";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "$15,000" and substituting
        "$40,000"; and

   (c)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:

"(4) In this section, 'commercial road vehicle' means a vehicle or trailer
acquired for use principally in the transport of goods on public roads.".
