TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 54

54. Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

"(1A) In paragraphs (1) (b) and (c), 'another person' does not include a
person who was-

   (a)  a servant or agent of the defendant; or

   (b)  in the case of a defendant being a body corporate, a director, servant
        or agent of the defendant, at the time when the contravention
        occurred.".
