TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 62

62. Section 93 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(7) (b) "to have the effect" and substituting "to have the purpose, or to have
or be likely to have the effect,".
