TORRES STRAIT FISHERIES ACT 1984 NO. 23 OF 1984 - SECT. 24.

24. The Minister may, in his discretion, upon application being made in
accordance with the appropriate form by the holder of a licence granted under
section 19 not earlier than 2 months or later than one month before the
expiration of the period for which the licence was granted or renewed, as the
case requires, renew the licence with effect from the expiration of the
last-mentioned period.
