TORRES STRAIT FISHERIES ACT 1984 NO. 23 OF 1984 - SECT. 59.

59. A notice that is required by this Act to be given to a person may be given
to the person-

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-by delivering it to the person
        personally, or by leaving it at, or by sending it by post to, the last
        known address of the place of residence or business of the person; and

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-by leaving it at, or by sending it by
        post to, the registered office of the body corporate.
