TELECOMMUNICATIONS UNIVERSAL SERVICE MANAGEMENT AGENCY ACT 2012 (NO. 43, 2012) - SECT 9

                   This Act extends to:

                     (a)  the Territory of Christmas Island; and

                     (b)  the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands; and

                     (c)  such other external Territories (if any) as are prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 10(c) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 .
