UNIVERSITIES COMMISSION ACT 1974 No. 79, 1974 - SECT 6

6. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the word "Australian";

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words "a Deputy Chairman" and
substituting the words "two Deputy Chairmen"; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (4) the words "the Deputy Chairman" and
substituting the words "each Deputy Chairman".
