VET STUDENT LOANS ACT 2016 (NO. 98, 2016) - SECT 29

             (1)  Approval as an approved course provider has effect for the period specified in the approval.

             (2)  The period must not be more than 7 years.

             (3)  This section has effect subject to section 33.
