Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The Secretary may, by legislative instrument, prescribe fees, or a method of working out fees, for making applications for approval as an approved course provider.
(2) A fee for making an application for approval as an approved course provider must not be such as to amount to taxation.
