VET STUDENT LOANS ACT 2016 (NO. 98, 2016) - SECT 72

             (1)  A student may apply to the Secretary for the student's FEE-HELP balance to be re-credited under section 71.

             (2)  The application must be in writing and meet any requirements set out in the rules.
