VET STUDENT LOANS ACT 2016 (NO. 98, 2016) - SECT 91

Use and disclosure by Commonwealth officers

                   A Commonwealth officer may use or disclose VET information if the information is used or disclosed for the purposes of:

                     (a)  this Act; or

                     (b)  the Higher Education Support Act 2003 .
