If a warrant in relation to WELS premises is being executed and the occupier of the premises is present at the premises, the WELS inspector must:

(a) give a copy of the warrant to the occupier; and
(b) identify himself or herself to the occupier.

(2)

The copy of the warrant does not need to include the signature of the magistrate who issued the warrant.
