(1)

Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the following decisions:

(a) a reviewable decision made by the Regulator personally;
(b) an internal review decision made by the Regulator under section 71.

(2)

An application under subsection (1) may be made only by the affected person concerned.

(3)

Subsection (2) has effect despite subsection 27(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
