WHEAT EXPORT MARKETING ACT 2008 (NO. 65, 2008) - SECT 77
Who may apply for a civil penalty order
(1) Only WEA may apply for a civil penalty order.
(2) Subsection (1) does not exclude the operation of the
Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983 .
