WORLD HERITAGE PROPERTIES CONSERVATION ACT 1983 No. 5 of 1983 - SECT 5

5. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each State, of
the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island, but nothing in this Act renders
the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of a State, of the Northern Territory
or of Norfolk Island liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
