WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 71, 1976 - SECT 7

7. (1) Anything done in accordance with section 28A of the Principal Act
before the commencement of this Act has effect as if it had been done in
accordance with section 28A of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) A person who, immediately before the commencement of this Act, held office
as a member of the Australian Wool Testing Authority by virtue of paragraph 46
(1) (d) of the Principal Act continues to hold office, subject to the
Principal Act as amended by this Act, for the remainder of his term of office.
