WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1984 NO. 141 OF 1984 - SECT 10

10. (1) Each State corporation is authorized to receive wheat on behalf of the
Board.

(2) An authorized receiver may carry on operations as such a receiver by means
of, and on the premises of, an agent of the authorized receiver, being such an
agent approved by the Board.

(3) An authorized receiver shall comply with any standards referred to in
paragraph 5 (2) (h) or (j).
