WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1984 NO. 141 OF 1984 - SECT 43

43. (1) The Board may appoint 2 or more of its members to be an Executive
Committee, and may delegate to any such Committee such of its powers and
functions as the Board, subject to any direction of the Minister, determines.

(2) A delegation under this section is revocable by the Board, and does not
prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the Board.
