WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1984 NO. 141 OF 1984 - SECT 45

45. (1) The Board may appoint such officers of the Board as are necessary to
assist the Board in carrying out its functions or exercising its powers.

(2) Officers appointed under this section shall be employed on such terms and
conditions with respect to matters not provided for by this Act as are
determined by the Board with the approval of the Public Service Board.

(3) A person employed by the Board immediately before the commencement of this
Act shall be deemed to have been appointed under this section.

(4) A determination by the Board of terms and conditions of employment of
officers of the Board that was in force immediately before the commencement of
this Act continues in force, subject to any determination made under this
section.
