WHEAT MARKETING ACT 1984 NO. 141 OF 1984 - SECT 53

53. Subject to section 63E of the Audit Act 1901 as modified by sub-section 55
(2) of this Act, moneys of the Board may be applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the expenses, charges, obligations and
        liabilities incurred or undertaken by the Board in or in connection
        with the performance of its functions, or the exercise of its powers,
        under this Act or a State Act;

   (b)  in payment of any remuneration or allowances, or reimbursement of
        expenses, payable under this Act; and

   (c)  in making any other payments that the Board is authorized or required
        to make under this Act or any other Act or a State Act.
