WHEAT MARKETING AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 82 of 1986 - SECT 31

31. Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (aa)
" by the Presiding Member or the Committee in or in connection with the
performance of the Committee's functions" and substituting ", on or after 1
July 1985, in connection with the selection and nomination of members referred
to in paragraph 34 (1) (c) or (d) or of alternates of members referred to in
paragraph 34 (1) (c)".
