WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 19

19. The following fees are payable:

   (a)  in respect of the grant or the transfer of a permit to take a whale
        for live display-$1,000 or such other amount as is prescribed;

   (b)  in respect of the grant or the transfer of any other permit-$25 or
        such other amount as is prescribed;

   (c)  in respect of the variation or revocation of a condition of a permit,
        or the imposition of a further condition of a permit, where the
        variation, revocation or imposition is as a result of an application
        made by the holder of the permit-$25 or such other amount as is
        prescribed.
