WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 29
Officers and employees of governments and authorities
29. The Governor-General may make arrangements with the Governor of a State,
the Administrator of the Northern Territory or the Administration of an
external Territory for the performance of functions and the exercise of powers
under this Act by officers or employees of that State or Territory or of an
authority of that State or Territory, as the case may be.
