WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 30

30. The Minister may cause, make arrangements for, or co-operate with any
government, organization or person in-

   (a)  the formulation and implementation of programs;

   (b)  the carrying out of research; and

   (c)  the dissemination of information, relating to the preservation,
        conservation and protection of whales, including the disposal of, and
        the carrying out of research relating to, whales that are stranded,
        killed accidentally or taken incidentally to licensed commercial
        fishing operations.
