WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 35

35. (1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of decisions by the Minister under section 11 (other than decisions to
specify kinds of commercial operations under paragraph (1) (b)) and under
sections 12, 15, 16 and 17.
(2) In sub-section (1), "decision" has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
