WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 5

Crown to be bound 
5. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States and of the Northern Territory, but nothing in this Act renders the
Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
