WHALE PROTECTION ACT 1980 No. 92 of 1980 - SECT 8

8. The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, declare that a
specified person, or a specified body or association of persons, corporate or
unincorporate, is a scientific body for the purposes of this Act.
