1984 No. 387 APPLE AND PEAR LEVY COLLECTION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 5 of the Apple and Pear Levy Collection Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) "not being distilled fruit products";

   (b)  by omitting paragraphs (3) (b), (c) and (d) and substituting the
        following paragraphs:



"(b) the month in which fruit was purchased, sold or used;

   (c)  the quantity of each kind of fruit purchased or sold for use, or used,
        in that month in the production of fruit juice;

   (d)  the quantity of each kind of fruit purchased or sold for use, or used,
        in that month in the production of other goods;"; and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (e) ", distilled fruit products".
