ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT (NORFOLK ISLAND LAND VALUATION DECISIONS) REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 1 OF 2014) - SCHEDULE 1

Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulations 1976

1  Subclause 1(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 4 (definition of executive member )

Repeal the definition.

2  Subclause 1(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 4

Insert:

"Minister" has the meaning given by the Norfolk Island Act 1979 .

3  Subclause 1(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 4

Insert:

"valuer-general" has the meaning given by the Land Valuation Act 2012 .

4  Part 2 of Schedule 4 (table items 1, 3, 6, 7, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 and 25, column headed "Decision maker")

Omit "executive member", substitute "Minister".

5  Part 2 of Schedule 4 (after table item 27)

Insert:

6  Part 2 of Schedule 4 (table items 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 43 and 44, column headed "Decision maker")

Omit "executive member", substitute "Minister".
