1995 No. 27 AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE REGULATIONS - REG 25

25. For the purposes of subparagraph 60 (3) (a) (ii) of the Code, the
information about each primary applicant and primary chemical product that
must be contained in a notice to the secondary applicant is:

   (a)  the name and business address of each primary applicant; and

   (b)  the particulars of each primary chemical product, entered in the
        Register of Chemical Products or, if the secondary applicant so
        requests, the particulars of each approved active constituent, entered
        in the Record of Approved Active Constituents; and

   (c)  a copy of the approved label for a container for each primary chemical
        product.
