1995 No. 27 AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE REGULATIONS - REG 27

27. (1) When an arbitrator is appointed for a purpose of the Code, the NRA
must give notice in writing of the appointment, stating the arbitrator's name
and address, to:

   (a)  each primary applicant in the matter to be arbitrated; and

   (b)  the secondary applicant in the matter; and

   (c)  the mediator in the matter.

(2) The notice must be given within a reasonable period after the appointment.
