1995 No. 27 AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE REGULATIONS - REG 29

29. As soon as practicable after being notified of the arbitrator's
appointment, the mediator must give a written report to the arbitrator:

   (a)  setting out the proposals and counter proposals (if any) made by the
        applicants during the mediation; and

   (b)  summarising the issues raised during the mediation.
