37. (1) The parties to an arbitration are jointly and severally liable to pay
any costs reasonably incurred by the arbitrator in relation to the
arbitration.

(2) The NRA may elect to pay the arbitrator's costs mentioned in subregulation
(1).

(3) If the NRA pays the arbitrator's costs, the NRA may recover the costs from
all or any of the applicants as a civil debt in a court of competent
jurisdiction.
