1995 No. 27 AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE REGULATIONS - REG 58
Coming into force of section 121 of the Code
58. For the purposes of subsection 120 (3) of the Code, the date on which
section 121 of the Code (which deals with offences relating to manufacture and
licences) comes into force is the date of commencement of the Code.
