1986 No. 100 AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTING TRIBUNAL (INQUIRIES) REGULATIONS - REG 16

16. Where in an inquiry the Tribunal is satisfied, having regard to-

   (a)  the application (if any) made in accordance with regulation 4 in
        relation to the inquiry;

   (b)  the submissions (if any) made in accordance with regulation 10 in
        relation to the inquiry; and

   (c)  the Tribunal's investigation into the matters relevant to the inquiry,
        that it is not necessary to take any further step in the inquiry, the
        Tribunal may, in its discretion, terminate the inquiry.
