1985 No. 22 AIRPORTS (BUSINESS CONCESSIONS) REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. For the purposes of paragraph 15 (1) (a) of the Act, each of the following
persons or classes of persons is prescribed, namely:

   (a)  the person holding, occupying or performing the duties of the office
        of Secretary to the Department;

   (b)  the persons holding, occupying or performing the duties of the
        following offices in the Department:

        (i)    Deputy Secretary;

        (ii)   First Assistant Secretary, Airports Division;

        (iii)  Regional Director;

        (iv)   Assistant Regional Director (Airports);

        (v)    Assistant Director (Operations), Airports Branch.
