Note:          A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:

(a)    Authority;

(b)    Designated Area;

(c)    Territory Land;

(d)    works.

                   In this instrument:

"Act " means the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 .

"indexation day " : see subsection 9(2).

"indexation factor " : see subsection 9(3).
