AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 267 - REG 2

2.1 After subregulation 3A (2), insert:

"(2A) A law that applies, as a law of the Territory, section 70 of the
National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National  Electricity
(South Australia) Act 1996 of South Australia, as in force at the commencement
of this subregulation, is excluded from paragraph 23 (1) (h) of the Act.
(Note: Section 70 of the National Electricity Law deals with the application
of funds on the winding up of National Electricity Code Administrator Limited
or National Electricity Market Management Company Limited.)".
