22. If a formal poll is taken on a motion, then each registered levy payer at
the meeting, and each proxy with the authority to vote on that motion for a
registered levy payer who is not at the meeting, must present the voter's card
and indicate his or her vote to any person appointed by the Chairperson to
count the votes.
