Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty Regulations
APPOINTMENT OF AUTHORIZED AGENT To

appears below, to be my authorized agent for the purpose of signing on my
behalf any document that I may be required to sign by, or for the purposes of,
the Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty Act 
1977 or the Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty Regulations. Dated at
