Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of the definition of ARIA index value in section 6 of the Act, a school's ARIA index value is the average ARIA+ score for the Statistical Area Level 1 in which the school is located.
Note 1: The average ARIA+ scores are obtained from the Hugo Centre for Population and Migration Studies. The Hugo Centre for Population and Migration Studies is responsible for the development and dissemination of the ARIA+ (2011) index .
Note 2: The Minister may determine the location of a school with more than one location for the purposes of working out the school's ARIA index value (see section 18 of the Act).
