AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE (DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS1979 No. 211 - REG 49
Delegation by Commissioner
- (1)
- The Commissioner may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him, delegate to a member any
of his powers under these Regulations, other than this power of delegation.
- (2)
- A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the
purposes of these Regulations, be deemed to have been exercised by the
Commissioner.
- (3)
- A delegation under this regulation does not prevent the exercise of a
power by the Commissioner.
