  13.1   Omit the regulation.

13.2 Before regulation 18A, insert in Division 1B of Part 3: Interpretation

"18. In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears: 'non-appellable
promotion' has the same meaning as in section 36B of the Act;
'direction' means a direction under subregulation 18A (2);
'notified', in relation to a direction, means notified in accordance with
subregulation 18B (2);
'specified', in relation to a direction, means specified in that direction.".
