1984 No. 77 AIR FORCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1
1. After regulation 153 of the Air Force Regulations the following regulation
is inserted in Division 1 of Part VI: Condonation no bar to proceedings
"154. Proceedings before a court-martial in the Air Force under the Air Force
Act for an offence shall not be barred on the ground of condonation of the
offence.".
