AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION RULES 1998 No. 1 - REG 32

(1) The Industrial Registrar must keep, at the Principal Registry, a Register
of Findings of Industrial Disputes.

(2) The Industrial Registrar must record in the Register the following
particulars in relation to all disputes that are considered by the Commission,
under subsection 101 (1) of the Act, to be industrial disputes:

   (a)  the parties to the dispute;

   (b)  the matters in dispute;

   (c)  the findings of the Commission in relation to the dispute.

(3) The Register of Findings of Industrial Disputes must be open for
inspection at any time that the Principal Registry is required to be open to
the public.
